WoW Parodies

When I used to play World of Warcraft, I was obsessed with anything WoW related. I would spend endless hours on fileplanet and youtube searching for fan made videos. This is by far is my favorite one (although Numa Numa comes pretty close).  WoW toons playing Dungeons and Dragons. What’s better then that?

Its been awhile, but I used to play tabletop D&D. Last I left off, my husband had used a charm spell on my character and turned me into his slave…Dating the DM did not work out well for my storm child. Everyone thinks that D&D is a big nerd sport, but it actually takes a lot of imagination. You can even create a character based on an MC in a novel. I did that to for my manuscript. Although, playing a  boy was a real challenge. I considered it, a character development exercise (I really just needed an excuse to play).

What I love about this video is that the portrayal of D&D is pretty accurate. Not to mention  that WoW characters doing anything seems to crack me up. It almost makes me want to restart my subscription.

Enjoy!

  1. Hey! Just found your blog through AW. πŸ˜‰

I'm also a girl gamer who has no girls to vent to/writer. Awesome blog btw.

I never played WoW, but even I like the fanvids. πŸ˜€ My fav is the Craft of War but with Namie Amuro's song put to it.

  2. I never got into WoW, but I used to play Everquest a long time ago. I prefered the text based MUDD games like Terris, though.

Since Everquest, I have limited myself to console games to avoid getting my soul devoured by the need to endlessly level-up.
